Legal
Privacy & POPIA
Public listings show club, range and supplier contact details that the organisation chose to publish. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted, first-party install of Umami to count anonymous pageviews. No cookies are set, no personal identifiers are collected, no third-party advertising networks are involved, and nothing is shared with Google Analytics or similar. Traffic data never leaves our infrastructure.
Cookies
The public site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Signed-in operators using the /desk or /admin surfaces receive a strictly-necessary session cookie for authentication.
Embedded calendars
The /embed/calendar iframe does not load our analytics. It is intentionally tracker-free so club sites that embed the register do not double-count their own visitors.
Search & social crawlers
Google Search Console and standard search engines are welcome. The /llms.txt file publishes a curated map of the public pages for large-language-model crawlers; nothing behind /desk or /admin is a source.
Contact
Data requests, corrections and takedown notices go to hello@shootingsports.co.za. A fuller POPIA notice will accompany user accounts in the next release.
